The number of registrations has exceeded the capacity of the meeting venue.
Any new registrations will be waitlisted from this point onwards.

Please take note that you should complete your registration with Fee Payment, with the following deadline:

Note that the deadline for regular registration has been exceptionally extended until 10th August 2019 (included).
The regular registration fee is 350 Euros while the regular reduced student fee is 200 Euros.
Payment of the Fee is available through the ESO shop only via credit card.
Please note that we CANNOT accept REGISTRATION FEES payments during the workshop.
The confirmation of payment will state the address entered when making the payment. If the confirmation of payment shall state the address of your institute for the purpose of a travel expense reimbursement request, please state this address when making the payment. Manual changes of the automatically generated payment confirmations are not possible.
The registration fee covers:
- all tea/coffee breaks
- lunches
- welcome reception
- conference dinner
For cancellations up to August 16 the registration fee will be automatically refunded in full. If you have any questions please contact ezuffane@eso.org.
