ALMA Conference Fees are fixed as following:
There will be a registration fee of 350 Euros (regular, before Sept 13) or 450 Euros (late, until Sept 30).
There is a reduced student fee of 200 Euros (regular, before Sept 13) or 250 Euros (late, until Sept 30).
The registration fee covers all tea/coffee breaks, the welcome reception, a conference dinner, and lunches.
The registration fee is payable through the ESO shop ONLY via credit card (see Quick link Registration fee payment).
Please note that we CANNOT accept REGISTRATION FEES payments during the workshop.
For cancellations up to September 30th, the registration fee will be automatically refunded in full. After September 30 th, no refund will be possible even if the participant does not attend the congress.
