We are aware of phishing attempts targetting people whose names appear on our website. Please be careful opening any communications claiming to be from ESPM-17 that are not coming from our official email address espm17.loc.oato@inaf.it.

In particular, ignore or flag anything claiming to be from hotel or travel agencies. Make sure to book your accommodation through recognised channels and not in response to emails with targetted offers, for example.

We will communicate with you exclusively via the email address espm17.loc.oato@inaf.it, and we will certainly never ask you to disclose confidential payment information.

 

We encourage you to make arrangements for accommodation as soon as you can.

 

Below you can find a list of some hotels and B&Bs that offer special agreements for our conference, with discounts or preferential rates. They are located near the conference venue or are well connected by public transport.

 

To take advantage of the agreements, you must use the promotional code indicated in the table below or mention your participation in the ESPM-17 conference when contacting your preferred facility for the reservation.

 

Please note that listed rates are per room/guest and per night, do not include the tourist city tax (from 2,30 to 5,00 EUR per night, depending on the category), and correspond to the min./max. available fares depending on the room size.
