A limited amount of financial supports are available only for graduate/PhD students or young researchers. The support can be requested by filling in the Finacial Support Request form, and three choices are available:
- Registration fee waiver
- Free accommodation
- Discounted accommodation
Free/discounted accomodation will be offered in the "Borsellino EDISU Residence" University housing for the whole duration of the conference (8-13/09, 5 nights), upon availability. Discounted accomodations have a fixed price of 161.50 EUR, to be paid separately at the residence during the stay.
To apply for financial support it is required to upload a personal CV and any other supporting documentation (e.g., degree/PhD certificate) that it is believed may be useful for evaluating the application. Missing information will result in a negative evaluation.
If you request a registration fee waiver, please do not pay the registration fee before the evaluation of your application.
The deadline for financial support requests is May 31st. Communications relating to the final evaluation of applications will be provided no later than June 15th, 2024.
