A limited amount of financial supports are available only for graduate/PhD students or young researchers. The support can be requested by filling in the Finacial Support Request form, and three choices are available:
- Registration fee waiver
- Free accommodation
- Discounted accommodation
Free/discounted accommodation will be offered in the "Borsellino EDISU Residence" University housing for the whole duration of the conference (8-13/09, 5 nights), upon availability. Discounted accommodations have a fixed price of 161.50 EUR, to be paid separately at the residence during the stay.
To apply for financial support it is required to upload a personal CV and any other supporting documentation (e.g., degree/PhD certificate) that it is believed may be useful for evaluating the application. Missing information will result in a negative evaluation.
The deadline for financial support requests was May 31st and it's now expired. Communications relating to the final evaluation of applications were provided to all the applicants on June 15th, 2024.
