It will be able to accomodate up to 200 participants. The venue will include the usual audio/visual equipment. Due to technical restrictions from the Port Authority, Wi-Fi connection cannot be guaranteed at this time. There will be ample room for posters.
Please note that each participant will need to register at the Autorità di Sistema Portuale reception every day.
We suggest to arrive well in advance before the beginning of the meeting to allow for registration.
The venue is fully accessible, with elevators available for guests with reduced mobility.
