The ESPM-17 is recongnised by the European Physical Society (EPS) as an "Europhysics Conference". As such, the EPS makes funds available for a limited number of conference grants, directly to organisers of EPS Europhysics Conferences, to allow the participation of young scientists in meetings.
In the occasion of ESPM-17 the EPS will provide the following prizes:
- One "EPS Poster Prize" (200 EUR) given to a PhD student who prepared the Poster;
- Two "EPS Conference Grants" (350 EUR) given to post-docs within 6 years from their PhD;
- One "EPS Invited Speaker Grant" (500 EUR) given to a selected invited speaker.
The selection will be made by the ESPM-17 SOC and the winners will be informed in time.
