• 200 euros (120 for students) if paid by August 31st
• 250 euros (150 for students) after August 31st, on site

The expense for the bank transfer is not included in the fee, it remains the responsibility of the payer to cover it.

Cancellation
All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the conference contact as soon as possible.
The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part in the case of late cancellation or related costs. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
