The easiest way to reach the conference venue is to catch a regional train from Termini, the central station in Rome, which takes approximately 45 mins get to Castel Gandolfo. Trains run from 6:00am to 9:30pm (on Sundays there might be fewer options), approximately one train every hour.
If you have your own car, you can drive in ~ 1 hour from Rome city center.
