ESPM-16 registration and payment instructions
REGISTRATION
The registration to the ESPM-16 event opens on February 17th, with deadline April 13th for the early registration rate, and June 15th for the regular registration. The registration is managed by the INDICO portal and does not require to pre-register an account on INDICO.
Nevertheless, in order to manage with the same account the registration and the subsequent abstract submission, we suggest first to create an account on the following INDICO website:
https://indico.ict.inaf.it/register/
For account registration on INDICO please follow the instructions provided in the "Instructions for abstract submission" section on this website.
FEE PAYMENT
A link to the webpage for the registration fee payment to the ESPM-16 event (screenshot below) will be provided in the automatic email after registration. Please click on the link you received in the confirmation email to proceed with the payment.
The registration fee includes: welcome pack, welcome buffet (7/9), social excursion (9/9), conference dinner (10/9), poster session drinks (8/9, 10/9), and access to all scientific sessions and coffee breaks (7-11/9). Additional guests can be added with the registration fee payment form.
The registration to ESPM-16 event will be confirmed only after the payment of the registration fee has been received.
REGISTRATION FEEs:
Early (within April 13th): 280 euro
Regular (after April 13th): 360 euro
Reduced (EPS members): 200 euro
