Instructions for oral presentations
Duration
- Invited talks: 30 minutes in total — 25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for questions.
- Solicited and contributed talks: 15 minutes in total — 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes for questions.
Please keep strictly within the allotted time, so that the programme can run on schedule.
Upload of your presentation
All talks must be uploaded to Indico in PDF format:
- Go to My contributions in the left-hand menu.
- Click on your abstract.
- Scroll down to Presentation material and click on the pencil icon.
- Upload your presentation file there.
Delivery
Talks will be delivered using the conference computer. Presenters may use their own laptop if strictly necessary, but in order to ensure a smooth running of the sessions we kindly ask you to do so only in case of real need.

Instructions for poster presentations
Posters will be displayed online only. There will be no physical poster boards: all posters must be uploaded to Indico.
How to upload your poster
- Go to My contributions in the left-hand menu.
- Click on your abstract.
- Scroll down to Presentation material and click on the pencil icon.
- Upload your poster file there.
Format
Posters may be prepared in any format and orientation.
Flash talks
Each poster will additionally be presented in a 2-minute flash talk, scheduled in one of the dedicated slots during the week (Monday to Thursday). The final schedule will be communicated shortly.
Prizes
A prize will be awarded for the best poster and for the best flash talk.
