Conference Fee

Registration is mandatory for all participants. The conference fee includes the conference dinner, coffee breaks and the conference material. Please note that your registration will be considered confirmed only upon payment of the registration fee. 

PARTICIPATION FEE

EARLY REGISTRATION (before June 30th, 2026): 400€ 

LATE REGISTRATION (before July 15th, 2026): 480€

STUDENTS REGISTRATION (up to and including PhD level): 330€

The registration fee includes the Welcome Cocktail, coffee breaks and the Social Dinner. 
The cost of the social dinner for accompanying persons will be communicated in due time.
