Instructions for Talks and Posters

Invited Talks

Slides format, upload, and accessibility

Slides must be submitted exclusively in .pdf (preferred) or .pptx format; no other formats will be accepted.

Presenters are required to upload their slides to the following Google Module (INAF workspace):

Slides Upload

In case of issues reaching the repository, please send your presentation to  fabrizio.cogato@inaf.it or to eduardo.medinaceli@inaf.it

The deadline for uploading the presentation is 17:00 CET on the day before the scheduled talk. If the deadline is missed, the presentation cannot be guaranteed.

Requests for online presentations must be agreed upon in advance with the organisers.

In case of submission issues, please contact the organisers.

Talk duration

Please note that the duration of the talks varies by session and is defined in the Scientific Programme (detailed view). The time indicated there always includes 5 minutes for questions, except for the Simulation session, which will feature a single, common Q&A slot.

Contributed Posters

Posters format, upload, and accessibility

The recommended poster size is standard A0 (840 mm × 1190 mm) or smaller, in portrait orientation.

No on-site printing facilities will be available; presenters must therefore bring their posters already printed. Materials for mounting the posters will be provided on site.

Posters may be mounted starting on Tuesday, March 10th at 08:00 and will be displayed for the full duration of the conference.

A digital version of the poster must also be uploaded to the following Google Module (INAF workspace):

Posters Upload

The total number of posters is limited to 24.

Clarification on disclosure restrictions

The workshop organisers assume no responsibility for materials subject to non-disclosure agreements or export-control restrictions (including ITAR) that may be included in the presentations.

All presentations uploaded by the speakers to the INAF workspace platform will remain private and password-protected by default. Public access to the material will be granted only after the speaker has removed any sensitive or restricted content and has explicitly authorised its release.

This framework preserves the speakers’ autonomy and responsibility over their material, while ensuring that the dissemination of content is appropriately controlled by the workshop organisation.
