Registration to the WISA meeting will opens on March 31, with deadline August 1th 2025. However, participants would attend the meeting could compile the pre-registration form from February 1th onward. The meeting (pre-)registration is managed with the INDICO portal and does not require to pre-register an account on INDICO.
Nevertheless, in order to manage with the same account the registration and the abstract submission, it request to first create an account on INDICO, following the instructions provided below.
How to create an INDICO account
- Go to https://indico.ict.inaf.it/register/ and enter your e-mail address.
- You will receive an automatic e-mail with a confirmation link.
- Follow the link and fill in the registration form. In the comments box, enter the text:
INTERESTED IN EVENT: WISA (EVENT #3090)
REFERENCE PERSON: MARIARITA MURABITO (MARIARITA:MURABITO(AT)INAF.IT)
The INDICO moderator will be notified, and after approval you will be allowed to login into the WISA website and only after that you can submit the abstract.
After the creation of the INDICO accont, login and go back to the WISA webpage, click on <<Call for abstract>> and compile the form.
The cost for registration will be:

Early registration (deadline: 14/07/2025): 270 euro

Standard registration (from 15 July to September 01 2025): 340 euro
Registration fee includes a Welcome Reception, the Social Dinner, all the coffee breaks and lunches. A bus Shuttle is included to reach the conference venue from Frascati.
SOCIAL EVENTS*:
- Social Dinner on September 24: 65 euro
