A Welcome Reception will be held on the late afternoon of Monday, 22 September 2025, at the INAF – Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma in Monte Porzio Catone.
The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, from 19:30 to 23:30, at Giardino L’Olivella.
The late afternoon of September 25 will be reserved for social excursions.
Participants will be offered a two-hour guided tour of the INAF Astronomical Observatory of Rome located in Monte Porzio Catone. The visit will include a walk through the archaeological site in the Observatory park, with ruins of the ancient Roman villa of Matidia Augusta. The tour will continue with a visit of the Observatory building, with its dome hosting original instruments and books bearing witness of centuries of astronomical research. Finally, participants will experience an immersive show about our star, the Sun, in the holographic theatre of the Observatory AstroLab, where scientific storytelling meets advanced visual technology.
