The WISA will take place at the INAF Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma in Monte Porzio Catone.
INAF OAR is located in the Regional Park of the Castelli Romani, 1.6 km from Monte Porzio Catone, and 2.6 km from Frascati. The latter, which is known as the City of Wine, is rich in important artistic and architectural works.

Posters can be displayed for the whole duration of the meeting in the Cupola.
