Instructions for talks
- The conference program is regularly updated with minor modifications on the conference website:

Please take time to check it regularly and verify you assigned timeslot.
- During the sessions all the presentations will be collected and presented by a computer in the room. The preferred format is pdf, but power point is also available. Please upload your presentation before your session, possibly before the day before. You can use the breaks to check your presentation on the room computer. If you have special needs, please contact a member of the LOC at the conference venue.
- To upload your slides, go the page "My conference"-> "My contributions" -> Title of your talk. Then you have to click on "Presentation material". You have to own an Indico account in order to manage your contribution. So in order to visualize the page "My contributions", you should be logged in with your Indico credentials obtained when you registered to Indico at the moment of your abstract submission.
- Once the presentation is uploaded on Indico, it is publicly available, so please be careful about the content (see also point below).
- If you experience problems in uploading your file in the Indico page (recommended option), or you don't want to share your presentation in the current version, you can put it in this shared folder under the day of your session:

Please put you file with the following name: "surname_name.pdf". The number is required in case you have multiple contributions. - At the end of the conference, presentations that have been collected will be shared on the conference website and publicly available, so please be careful about the content. If you have issues or concerns, please contact a member of the LOC at the conference venue.
- Duration of the talks:
- Invited talks (30 min) -> 25 min talk + 5 min questions
- Invited and contributed talks (20 min) -> 15 min talk + 5 min questions
- Contributed talks (15 min) -> 12 min talk + 3 min questions
Instructions for poster preparation and presentation
- All the poster contributions will be displayed on the conference website as an e-poster. The e-posters will be publicly available on the conference website, so please be careful about the content of your poster. You can prepare your poster as a single-page pdf file and upload it to the page "My conference"-> "My contributions" -> Title of your poster. Then you have to click on "Presentation material". You have to own an Indico account in order to manage your contribution. So in order to visualize the page "My contributions", you should be logged in with your Indico credentials obtained when you registered to Indico at the moment of your abstract submission. Please upload your file before the conference, in order to maximise the visibility of your contribution.
If you experience problems in uploading your file in the Indico page (recommended option), you can put it in a shared folder. You have received a link to the folder via email. Please put you file with the following name: "surname_name[_number].pdf". The number is required in case you have multiple contributions. If you didn't received the email with the link to the shared folder, please contact the Swift LOC.
- There will also be the possibility to display your printed poster (A0 format, portrait) in the conference venue. Due to the limited size of the poster room, this possibility is open to everyone but you have to submit a request to swift20_loc@googlegroups.com before March 10 to ensure a slot for your poster. Please use the following e-mail subject: “Swift20 Conference: request for printed poster display”. We cannot assure that we can accommodate paper posters without this request received in due time. Please note that you have to take care yourself for the poster printing, we do not offer a printing service. The poster can be placed in the display area already on Monday 24 evening, during the registration.
