PARTICIPATION FEE

EARLY REGISTRATION (before 2025, February 10th): 400€ 

LATE REGISTRATION: 480€

STUDENTS: 350€

The registration fee includes the Welcome Cocktail (on Monday 24 from 6 pm), coffee breaks and the Social Dinner (on Wednesday 26 at 8 pm). 
The cost of the social dinner for accompanying persons is 80€ .

The possibility for credit card payment (online and/or at the conference desk) is still work in progress and will be finalised as soon as possible. 
Participants are warmly encouraged to use the bank transfer option to pay their conference fee
