PARTICIPATION FEE

EARLY REGISTRATION (before 2025, February 10th): 400€ 

LATE REGISTRATION: 480€

STUDENTS: 350€

The registration fee includes the Welcome Cocktail (on Monday 24 from 6 pm), coffee breaks and the Social Dinner (on Wednesday 26 at 8 pm). 
The cost of the social dinner for accompanying persons is 80€ .

• Wise (https://wise.com/): this is an online service that allows one to transfer money from a bank account or credit/debit card into any bank account for a very small fee. To use this service, you need to open an account on wise (https://wise.com/register). Then, you can use this system to transfer the conference fee from you (bank account or debit/credit card) to the bank account of the conference indicated above.

 

Either if you pay via direct bank transfer or transfer to the bank account from another bank account or debit/credit card with wise:

• Please mark clearly as reason for payment:
  - Conference fee only, please write: Swift20 Surname and Name
  - Conference fee AND accompanying person social dinner, please write: Swift20 plus (number of accompanying persons) dinner Surname and Name

• Please send an e-mail with the bank transfer details to swift20_loc@googlegroups.com after your payment to keep track of it.

 

Both steps are necessary to keep track of your payment, otherwise we won't be able to confirm your registration. 

 

IMPORTANT: Please kindly make sure that we will be receinving the correct amount, net of all costs for the transfer and exchange rates.
