The conference is going to be held at the Firenze Fiera - Palazzo degli Affari conference centre, in the hearth of Firenze.
Firenze hosts plenty of accommodations within walking distance of the conference venue. As Firenze is a very popular location throughout the year, we advise, however, that conference participants secure their accommodation well in advance!

Finally, please be reminded that private cars cannot access large part of the Florence city center. If you plan to reach Florence by car, please contact your hotel and ask if special permission for guests are foreseen. Parking is also difficult around the conference centre, and no dedicated parking spaces are available, so please plan accordingly.
