PRESENTATIONS
We remember that the time slots allocated to all the speakers are
20 minutes total (15+5 for questions). We kindly ask all the speakers to be on time.
We will have one laptop running Mac OS which can display PDF, PowerPoint and Keynote files. All the speakers must use this laptop. Please, send your presentation to 14torinoworkshop@gmail.com (object: Presentation by *your name*) or take your presentation as a file in a USB pen or similar. Speakers are kindly requested to spend a few minutes to verify their presentation on our laptop, possibly the day before their talk.
We encourage you to send the presentations in advance to the present email address.
The presentations will be uploaded on the website of the conference, after explicit agreement of the speaker.
POSTERS
Posters will be displayed from Monday 10th at the time of the morning coffee break and for the whole duration of the conference in the Cupola, where the coffee and lunch breaks will take place. The posters' maximum size is 120 cm (height) x 100 cm (width).
