VENUE
The workshop will take place at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma (https://www.oa-roma.inaf.it/) in Via Frascati 33, 00136, Monte Porzio Catone (Roma).
TRANSPORTATION
From the train station Roma Termini
We are arranging a bus leaving from the Metro Station Anagnina (terminus stop line A) at 11:00 (TBC) for people arriving at Roma Termini. Trains are every three minutes and take about 40 minutes from Termini to Anagnina.
From the Airport
If you arrive by flight, we suggest to book a taxi either by the website (www.taxicastelliormani.com) or by phone (06/9410800). The taxi is about 70 euros and takes 45 minutes to arrive to Fiumicino Airport.
ACCOMMODATION
The Observatory is located very far from the center of Rome and cannot be easily reached by public transportation, so we suggest to book a hotel in the near town of Frascati. A bus from/to the Observatory and to/from Frascati will be arranged to reach the hotels at the end of the workshop on the first day and to reach the Observatory the following morning.
