It is possible choosing among:
A) Fish based (Orzotto cacio, pepe and lemon; White fish with herb breadcrumbs, zucchini in scapece sauce, fried zucchini and roasted cherry tomatoes; Raspberry and rosemary)
B) Veal Based (Tortelli with meat and Grana Padano fondue and balsamic vinegar reduction; Veal fillet with raw and cooked vegetables; Tiramisù in a sphere)
C) Vegetarian (to be defined)
