Hotel Sporting Teramo
The workshop will be held at the Hotel Sporting in Teramo (address: Via Alcide de Gasperi, 41, 64100 Teramo, Italy). Hotel accommodations for workshop participants can be booked under a special agreement with the Abruzzo Observatory.
How to reach Teramo
For people flying from abroad, the closest airport are in Rome and Pescara.
- For those arriving by plane in Rome, the easiest way to reach Teramo will be by bus. Several public and private bus companies (Tua, Gasparibus, Flixbus, etc.) cover the Rome-Teramo route, some of which provide direct connections to Teramo from the Rome Ciampino and Rome Fiumicino airports. We suggest taking Gasparibus (Gasparibus webpage) or Flixbus (Flixbus webpage) as they are the fastest options, have stops at the Fiumicino or Ciampino airports, and can take you directly to Teramo.
