- How to reach Tor Vergata: metro A to Anagnina (last stop) + bus 20. Stop Sorbona. Then reach the Dept. of Physics (Aula Grassano)
- Hotels: Tor Vergata is far from the center of Rome; we advise choosing a hotel close to the metro line A (between Stazione Termini and Anagnina). Please, try to book early, as Rome is full of tourists any time of the year
- We will start (most probably) at 11am on Wednesday 10 and end around 4pm on Friday 12. Times to be confirmed once we have received all abstracts and a programme can be built.
- Please, be advised that there is a strike on Friday 12; it involves one of the major labour unions and transportation (bus, metro, train) can be affected. If you travel by train, please check for "guaranteed trains".
