We inform the speakers that all allocated time slots include 5 minutes for questions. Given the tight schedule we kindly ask all speakers to stay within the time allocated to their talk, to allow the audience to make questions.
We also inform the speakers that, for the sake of time, we are planning to connect a single laptop to the projector. Each speaker will be kindly requested to upload their presentation in advance of their talk, possibly the day before, and in any case by the last break before their talk

The computer that will be used for presentations has a Windows operating system. Both PDF and PPTX formats are supported, but we kindly invite the speakers to provide slides in PDF format, unless they have animations or other special needs.
