How to reach the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Venue of the INAF USCVIII Critical Computing Workshop:
From the city center (Piazza Stesicoro):
Take the BRT1 bus (circular line) and get off at the CITTADELLA OVEST stop. Then walk the short distance inside the University Campus.
Metro Line FCE: Continue until the MILO station. Upon exiting the MILO station, take the "Metro Shuttle" shuttle bus (or BRT1, which stops at the "Fleming" stop). Get off at the Cittadella Ovest stop on Via Santa Sofia.
Note: There are other buses that also stop at the Cittadella Ovest stop (442, 901). Please consult Google Maps/Moovit or other similar apps for the best route.
From Catania Airport:
It is recommended to take a taxi, which costs about 30€. Provide the address: Department of Physics and Astronomy, Via S. Sofia 64, inside the "Cittadella Universitaria." It is suggested to call a radio taxi (e.g., 095 330966) and request a "pre-arranged fare" taxi.
