Registration details and fee payment

The registration process consists of 2 steps:

1. registration on this website -> please follow "Registration Form" tab in the menu.
   After completing the registration form, an email of acknowledgment will be received.
2. payment by PayPal (and credit card) or bank transfer -> please follow details below

We recommend to follow the regular registration, which will be accepted until June 30th, 2022.

A late registration will be possible after that deadline and till July 15th, 2022, with a higher fee rate.

 

Note: online registration is possible only for passive remote attendance of professional astronomers and physicists (students, postdocs, professors). Speakers are required to participate in person to the workshop

Fee information

This table summarizes the fee type, depending on when the registration is submitted:

The fee includes:

• access to the venue and to the work stations
• conference kit
• lunches during the workshop
• coffee breaks
• shuttle-bus from Frascati to the observatory (OAR), and to the social dinner place
• social dinner for the registered person (accompanying person + € 50.00, please see below).

The fee does not include anything that is not explictly mentioned. For example, the fee does not include accomodation and travel to the venue, which has to be arranged by the participant.

On request, the invoice related to the social dinner can be separated from the main invoice for the fee payment.

Please follow this link www.sait.it/node/676, which points you to the website of Società Astronomica Italiana (SAIt, Italian Astronomical Society) that will manage the fee payments for our conference.

Payment via credit card is possible through the PayPal form.

If you need to pay for an additional accompanying person for the social dinner, please proceed with a separate payment as indicated therein.

If you need to pay for an additional accompanying person for the social dinner, please add it to your registration fee and specify it in the payment subject.
 

 

Important information

Please take into account the following important information:

• The amount to be paid is determined by the date of the payment and not the date of the submission of the on-line registration form.
• If the registration process is not completed with the payment before the registration deadline, the registration form will be deleted.
• Bank transfers must be free of charges for the recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.
• The cost of the registration fee (including VAT) must be paid in Euro (€).
• In case registration fees are not credited on time to the conference account, participants are advised to bring with them a copy of their proof of payment (bank transfer or other justification) or their acknowledgement of receipt.
• remember to mention in the bank transfer subject your Name and Surname explicitly indicated.
• reduced fee for partial attendance is not possible.

Cancellation and refund fee policy

Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to the organizers at pasto2022_workshop@inaf.it.
Registrations cancelled up to June 30th, 2022 will be charged by 10% of the corresponding fee due to administrative costs.
After June 30th, 2022 the fee cannot be refunded.
