Remote connection

Instructions for remote connection will be provided privately to all registered participants.

Speakers will be enabled to share their screen to present their talk. This is the preferred presentation method, but in case of technical and/or connection problems we can share the slides instead of the speaker (presentations are being collected in advance for this reason). Speakers can connect up to 30 minutes before their session starts in order to test connection and sharing.

All sessions will be recorded and the recording will be made available at the website.

We expect to have time for a few questions at the end of each talk. Attendees who wish to ask a question shall “raise their hand” and wait for the session chair to un-mute them. Offline questions and discussions are encouraged. For this purpose, we have created a Slack workspace:

to which you can subscribe.
