Participants requiring visas to enter to Italy can request invitation letters from the Conference LOC.
Please provide the following information:
- Personal data of the applicant (Full name, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, etc)
- Institute address
- Position (PhD student, Researcher, …)
- Name and email of supervisor, if student
- Copy of valid passport
- Number of valid passport
- Title of the talk/poster (if any)
- Details of your travel funds.
