Procedures for the individual direct booking of bedrooms
Here you find the instructions step by step (see screenshots below):
- On our website www.villatuscolana.com click "BOOK NOW" (page bottom)
- Click on "AGENCY ACCESS" (top of the page, right corner)
- User / Password: FRB / FRB2027 and then click "LOGIN"
- Click "Continue browsing with reserved rates"
- Enter arrival/departure date and number of Guests (adults) per room and then click "SEARCH"
- List of available rooms will come up and the first rate will be "FRB2027 CONFERENCE"
- Select the rate, enter necessary data and complete the reservation
Please consider that login is necessary to find availability at confidential rate.
Moreover, availability is updated in "real time" and, therefore, we suggest Guests to make reservations at their earliest convenience…the sooner, the better.
Confidential rate is available for stays between 20th - 25th June 2027 included (from 1 to 6 nights).
Visa/Mastercard credit card is required just as guarantee of the reservation; payment will be made on spot and, if necessary, it is possible to cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
Automatic confirmation email is sent immediately, but we suggest to check the spam inbox as well.
Reserved room types and rates:
- Classic (14 rooms) € 120,00 (single or double occupancy)
- Classic con Vista (30 rooms) € 132,00 (single or double occupancy)
- Double Superior con Vista (12 rooms) € 154,00 (single or double occupancy)
- Triple Superior (8 rooms) € 218,00 (any occupancy)
- Quadruple (2 rooms) € 218,00 (any occupancy)
- Double Deluxe con Vista (1 room) € 196,00 (single or double occupancy)
- Junior Suite (3 rooms) € 213,00 (single or double occupancy)
- Suite (3 rooms) € 254,00 (single or double occupancy)
All rates listed are per room, per night and include breakfast.
Not included: Tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day (from 10 years old).
Conference attendees will have priority booking until April 30, 2027.
