Below you will find the cancellation policy, as well as the deadlines for the Early and Regular registration fees.
Registration Fees:
All prices indicated in the following table are intended for one person only.

On-site registration will be available starting from October 5th.
The Delegate Light Fee includes:
- Coffee and tea break during Conference sessions
- Lunch, during Conference sessions except for Friday, October 9th
- Welcome Cocktail and Reception at Villa Mondragone on Monday, October 5th
- Visits: 1) Vatican Observatory at Castel Gandolfo; 2) the Astronomical Observatory of Rome Park in Monte Porzio Catone; 3) Copernican Museum in Monte Mario

Bus transfer from whose stop will be on the metro A line (the specific house number will be indicated as soon as possible) to Monte Porzio and Monte Mario. Please note that no transfers will be available on Monday, October 5th to Monte Porzio, but there will be transfers that will take participants back to Rome.
The Delegate Standard Fee includes:

Conference Dinner
Accompanying persons:

We have not foreseen an accompanying persons’ fee. Every person who wants to attend the Conference partially (including social events and visits) has to pay for one of the Delegate fees.
The other visits to Villa Mondragone, the Pantheon, and Villa Medici require an entrance fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Policy cancellation for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:
- Full refund for cancellations received before August 12th, 2026 (23.59 CEST);
- 50% refund for cancellations received between August 13th and September 9th, 2026 (23.59 CEST);
- No refunds will be granted after September 10th, 2026 (23.59 CEST).
All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
