Below you will find the cancellation policy, as well as the deadlines for the Early and Regular registration fees.
Registration Fees:
All prices indicated in the following table are intended for one person only.

On-site registration will be available starting from October 5th.
Standard Delegate fees includes the social dinner cost; Light Delegate NOT includes social dinner cost, anyway participants can pay for social dinner on meeting site registration.

Transfers to Monte Porzio (except for arrival on the first day) and to Monte Mario

The visit to the Vatican Observatory at Castel Gandolfo, to the Astronomical Observatory of Rome Park in Monte Porzio Catone and to the Copernicano Museum in Monte Mario.

The welcome cocktail and reception at Villa Mondragone

Coffee, tea and lunch breaks during the Conference sessions (with the exception of Friday, whose lunch is free).
Cancellation Policy:
Policy cancellation for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:
- Full refund for cancellations received before August 12th, 2026 (23.59 CEST);
- 50% refund for cancellations received between August 13th and 9th, 2026 (23.59 CEST);
- No refunds will be granted after September 10th, 2026 (23.59 CEST).
All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
