Information about registration cost and payment methods will be provided in the next weeks.
The registration fee is expected to be in the range of approximately €350–€450.
Registration to the conference will open on April 2, with deadline September 7, 2026.
In order to manage the registration and the abstract submission, it is requested to first create an account on INDICO, following the instructions provided below.
How to create an INDICO account

Go to https://indico.ict.inaf.it/register/ and enter your e-mail address.

You will receive an automatic e-mail with a confirmation link.

Follow the link and fill in the registration form. In the comments box, enter the text:
INTERESTED IN EVENT: INSAP XIV (EVENT #3535)
REFERENCE PERSON: ROBERTO DANIZI (ROBERTO.DANIZI AT INAF.IT)
The INDICO moderator will be notified, and after approval you will be allowed to login into the INSAP website and only after that you can submit the abstract.
After the creation of the INDICO account, login and go back to the INSAP webpage, click on <<Call for abstract>> and compile the form.
