Visit to Pompeii

The visit to the ancient city of Pompeii will take place on June 10th, after lunch. The cost (approximately 60 euros, to be paid during the registration) covers transportation by bus from the conference venue to Pompeii and back, the entrance ticket to the archaeological park, and a guided tour of approximately 2 hours. 

The plan is to depart from the Observatory at 14:30 and leave Pompeii at 18:30. Depending on traffic conditions, we expect to arrive in Naples (bus stop at Naples National Archaeological Museum, MANN) around 19:30.
