Speaker Instructions:
You may choose to connect directly via Google Meet (https://meet.google.com/sxg-orty-mzm) and share your screen.
Your presentation will be projected in the room accordingly. This option is recommended, as it helps prevent issues related to operating system incompatibilities, unresponsive video files, unrecognized fonts, etc.
Please note that this is the only option available for remote presentations.
Important: Kindly ensure that you connect using Google Chrome, as screen sharing is not supported in other browsers. Additionally, we kindly ask that you mute both your microphone and speakers to avoid audio feedback or interference.

In this case, we will use the conference room’s computer, which operates on Windows 11.
Microphones will be used to exclusively support remote attendees; the size of the room does not require audio amplification for on-site participants.
