Venue:
The lessons will be held at the Congress Center Millepini, where lunch will also be served.
Accomodation:
Students will stay at the Paradiso hotel or in the guesthouse of the Asiago Astronomical Observatory.
The guesthouse can accommodate a maximum of 25 people and acceptance will be based on who registers first. Students staying in the guesthouse will only have to pay for the dinners that will be held at the Paradiso hotel, together with the other colleagues (total cost: 20 EUR per night, for a total of 100 EUR, to be paid to the hotel).
Students staying in a hotel will share a room with a colleague. During registration, they will be able to indicate who they intend to share the room with. Otherwise, the matches will be made by the LOC. Students will have to cover the expenses for the accommodation, for a total of 375 EUR plus the tourist tax directly to the hotel. This will cover overnight stay and half board.
For organization reasons, all students will have to lodge either at the hotel Paradiso or at the guesthouse. No independent accommodation will be allowed.
More details about the hotel reservation will be given when application opens.
Getting to Asiago:
We are organizing a bus transport from Padua to Asiago. The bus will leave on Sunday afternoon and will return to Padua on Friday afternoon. Students interested in using the service must indicate this in the registration form. More details will be given in due time.
Registration Fee:
There is no registration fee. Lunches, room rental and transport from Padua are covered by the National Institute of Astrophysics support.
Students will have to cover the cost of transport from their home to Padua and the cost of the overnight stay, if in the hotel, or dinners, if in the guesthouse.
