La quota include tutti i costi organizzativi, i coffee break durante il congresso, i pranzi di giovedì e venerdì e la visita di Villa Farnesina, ad eccezione della Cena Sociale.
La quota non include:
la Cena Sociale non è inclusa nella fee e deve essere pagata separatamente. Gli eventuali accompagnatori alla cena sociale sono tenuti ad essere registrati contestualmente ai congressisti e a pagare la stessa quota.
Il costo della cena Sociale è di 60E che sarà possibile corrispondere nelle stesse modalità di seguito elencate, anche in un secondo momento rispetto all’iscrizione.
La visita di Villa Farnesina è a pagamento solo per gli accompagnatori che non hanno pagato la registrazione al congresso, e ammonta a 16E.
Elenchiamo di seguito le possibili modalità di pagamento della quota di partecipazione al Workshop, alla Cena Sociale e alla visita di Villa Farnesina (solo per accompagnatori: 16E):
BONIFICO
E' possibile pagare la quota di iscrizione al congresso, con o senza cena sociale, ela cena sociale e la visita a Villa Farnesina (solo per accompagnatori: 16E) tramite bonifico bancario.
La ricevuta del bonifico deve essere spedita per e-mail al seguente indirizzo: segreteria@sait.it

Fees and payment methods
FEES
Registration by 15th July 2023: € 120 early registration fee
Registration after 15th July 2023: € 120, late registration fee.
The fee includes all organizational costs, coffee breaks during the congress, lunches on Thursday and Friday and the Social activities, with the exception of Social Dinner and the post-Conference Tour.
The fee does not include:
The Social Dinner, which must be paid separately. Any accompanying persons at the Social Dinner must be registered at the same time as the congress participants and pay the same fee.
The Tour of Villa Farnesina has a cost of 16E just for accompanying persons.
The cost of the Social Dinner will be 60E and will be paid in the same way as listed below, even later than registration.
Listed below are the possible ways of paying the fee for the Workshop, the Social Dinner and the Tour of Villa Farnesina (16E just for accompanying persons).

It is possible to pay the conference registration fee, with or without the social dinner, by bank transfer.

Participants may choose to pay the late registration fee (with or without social dinner) at the Workshop desk, by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) via POS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
