DT-Lab Kick Off Meeting
DT-Lab is a Deep Tech Living Lab designed to turn frontier scientific challenges into reusable technologies, software, workflows, and services in HPC, AI, FAIR/EOSC data infrastructures, and Quantum Computing. It uses demanding scientific use cases as technology drivers and develops solutions through a closed-loop process based on co-design, validation, and continuous interaction with industrial partners.
The aim is to create a permanent innovation ecosystem that strengthens advanced scientific computing, supports major research infrastructures, accelerates the maturation of technologies toward higher TRLs, and promotes their transfer to industry and the public sector. DT-Lab therefore acts as a bridge between frontier science, advanced digital technologies, and societal and industrial needs.
The Kick-off is dedicated to the start-up of the technical and administrative activities of the project.
The workshop will be hosted by Research Area of Bologna and organized with the support of INAF- IRA.
