The following information concerns the submission of presentations for the INSAP XIV Congress.
Each presenter will receive an invitation to access a Google Drive folder where presentations can be uploaded. Inside the folder, several subfolders will be available, organized by day. Presenters should upload their presentation to the folder corresponding to the day assigned to them.
Alternatively, presentations may be brought on a USB flash drive on October 5, during the registration process.
Video Specifications
For presentations containing a video, presenters are kindly requested to ensure that the video file complies with the following specifications in order to guarantee smooth playback in the conference room:

Resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)

Frame rate: 25 or 30 fps

Audio bitrate: 192 kbps or higher

Audio channels: Stereo (mono is also accepted)
Practical Notes for Video Presentations

Presenters are kindly asked to record as close to the microphone as possible and to avoid background music, as the conference audio system works best with clear speech.

Please keep the file size reasonable: a 10–15 minute presentation should typically be between 500 MB and 1.5 GB. If the file is significantly larger, it may have been exported using unnecessarily high settings.

Presenters are requested to send their file via WeTransfer by October 4, so that there is sufficient time to test playback on the conference laptop before the event.
