We inform the speakers that all allocated time slots include question time, as follows:
20-25 minute slots: 5 minutes for questions
15 minute slots: 3 minutes for questions
3 minute slots (flash talks): no question time
Given the tight schedule we kindly ask all speakers to stay within the time allocated to their talk, to allow the audience to make questions.
We also inform the speakers that, for the sake of time, we are planning to connect a single laptop to the projector. Each speaker will be kindly requested to upload their presentation in advance of their talk, possibly the day before, and in any case by the last break before their talk
The presentations should be directly uploaded to the workshop website, through the timetable. Please go to your talk slot and upload there your presentation.
The computer that will be used for presentations has a Windows operating system. Both PDF and PPTX formats are supported, but we kindly invite the speakers to provide slides in PDF format, unless they have animations or other special needs.
For flash talks we ask the speakers to provide 1 or max 2 slides. Only PDF format will be accepted.
Posters: the maximum format allowed is A0.
