The IVOA (Northern Spring) April 2022 Interoperability Meeting will continue the set of online/remote meetings.
The Interop program will be made up of sessions managed by the IVOA Working Groups (WG) and Interest Groups (IG).
A NewComers session will take place on Monday April 25, followed by the Interop meeting on Tuesday, April 26 to Friday, April 29.
A How to Publish Data in the VO plenary session is planned along with a 1/2 day Hackathon (feel free to suggest hack-a-thon topics here).
The meeting organization will be similar to our Nov Interop meeting:
- zoom as our shared remote service;
- etherpad for live notes and questions;
- gather.town for side/splinter meetings.
Presentations will be kept to a single thread (no parallel sessions) and a good amount of the time will be saved for input and discussion. Sessions will be recorded and posted so that if someone misses a session it will have a chance to go back and view it. Scheduled sessions will be worked so to have reasonable times in your time zone for 2 of the 3 sessions a day.
IVOA has a code of conduct of the IVOA, that is available here.
A glossary of terms and acronyms used in the VO is available here.
