Wi-Fi connectivity will be available in the meeting room. Participants can connect to the network using eduroam or the Emilia Romagna Wi-Fi network.
Please note that the meeting will take place in a historic building, and as such the number of electrical power outlets is limited. We will provide a limited number of power strips to increase availability; however, the number of power sockets will remain restricted.
Participants are kindly requested to use the available power outlets with care and not to move or disconnect power strips or plugs that have been arranged in the room, to ensure fair and safe access for everyone.
