Important Dates:
* 29 March: Abstract submission deadline <== New
* 15 April: Abstract decisions publicised <== New
* 21 April: Close registration for in-person attendance
* 30 April: Close payment for in-person attendance
* 10 May: Close registration for remote attendance
Registration fee and other costs:
* In-person participation: 220 Euro
* Social dinner: 70 Euro
* Online participation: no cost
Payment:
You will receive an email with instruction on how to pay. It is possible to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
Instruction for payment by credit card will arrive from FINIVEST SRL (email: "fcongressi at gmail.com"). If you have not received any email a couple of working days after you have filled-in your registration, please check your spam, and if negative contact us.
Instruction on how to pay by bank transfer will be sent by the LOC.
Instruction for pre-registered participants:
All pre-registered participants are required to complete their registration. Search the email you received at the time of pre-registration from "noreply@ict.inaf.it"

Although you read that your registration is complete, please use the "Modify" option to answer all the new questions not present at the time of the preregistration.
In case you have cancelled the email, contact us and we will send a link.
Pre-registered "in person" participants missing to confirm their registration before April 20th will be cancelled from the participant list.
Cancellation:
A fixed cancellation fee of 44€ applies if the registration is cancelled within 4 May 2024. The fee will be detracted from the previously payed amount before reimbursement. If bank transfer costs apply, these will be charged to the withdrawing party.
Participants cancelling their registration after 4 May 2024 will not be reimbursed of the registration fee.
Financial Support:
The deadline for applying for financial support was 29 March 2024. Our target date for notifying successful applicants is 5 April 2024.
