The organisation is pleased to offer grants to a limited number of students and early-career scientists (1) to participate in the conference. Strong preference will be given to those who will present their work as talk or poster.
The deadline for applying for financial support was 29 March 2024.
Our target date for notifying successful applicants is 5 April 2024.
Successful applicants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the Conference site. They will receive a lump sum for the registration fee, travel, and accommodation expenses, as applicable, up to a maximum of 1000 € per person. These expenses will be reimbursed to the student’s /early career scientist’s bank account after the conference, on production of valid original receipts.
M.Sc. and Ph.D. students were required to provide a letter from supervisor to support the application to: ESP2024-financialsupport@inaf.it
