Pre-evento di apertura
Lunedì 4 settembre, alle ore 17:00, presso La Specola, nella sede dell'INAF-Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova, si apriranno le registrazioni al Congresso e sarà offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto ai partecipanti. Alle ore 18:30 sarà proiettato, in esclusiva per i convegnisti del Congresso SISFA 2023, il documentario Touch Sky, realizzato da Marco Cantini e Davide Coero Borga, dedicato alle mappe e agli atlanti stellari conservati nelle biblioteche degli Osservatorio Astronomici italiani (guarda il trailer).

Visite ai musei scientifici
Durante il Congresso sarà offerta ai convegnisti la possibilità di visitare il Museo Giovanni Poleni, il Museo La Specola e il Museo di Macchine 'Enrico Bernardi'.
Il Museo Giovanni Poleni dell’Università di Padova propone un vero e proprio “viaggio nel tempo”, dal Gabinetto di Fisica avviato a Padova da Giovanni Poleni nel 1739, fino alle ultime ricerche nel campo della Fisica. Le visite per i convegnisti si svolgeranno martedì 5 settembre, al termine dei lavori congressuali della giornata. Il Museo La Specola dell’INAF-Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova racchiude in sé mille anni di storia e oltre 250 di astronomia, e conserva gli ambienti e gli strumenti utilizzati dagli astronomi padovani fino alla metà del XX secolo. Le visite per i convegnisti si svolgeranno mercoledì 6 settembre, al termine dei lavori congressuali della giornata. Il Museo di Macchine "Enrico Bernardi" dell’Università di Padova conserva i principali esemplari di motore a combustione interna che hanno segnato la storia motoristica in Europa nella seconda metà del XIX secolo. Le visite per i convegnisti si svolgeranno venerdì 8 settembre, dopo il coffee break del mattino. Per prenotare la visita è necessario registrarsi tramite il seguente modulo di prenotazione:

Cena sociale
La cena sociale si svolgerà giovedì 7 settembre, alle ore 20:30 presso il ristorante "Agli Eremitani" (Via Porciglia 29).

Pre-opening event
On Monday 4, September, at 5:00 p.m., at La Specola, INAF-Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova, registration will open and you will be offered a welcome drink. At 6:30 p.m., exclusively for the conference attendees to the SISFA Congress 2023, there will be a screening of the documentary Touch Sky, by Marco Cantini and Davide Coero Borga. This documentary is dedicated to the maps and star atlases preserved in the libraries of the Italian Astronomical Observatories (see the trailer).

Guided tours to the scientific museums
During the meeting, some special guided tours are foreseen, such as a visit to the Giovanni Poleni Museum, La Specola Museum, and the The 'Enrico Bernardi' Museum of Machines
The Giovanni Poleni Museum of the Padua University offers a real "journey through time", from the Cabinet of Physics started by Giovanni Poleni in 1739, up to the latest research in the field of Physics. La Specola Museum of the INAF-Astronomical Observatory of Padua embodies a thousand years of history and over 250 of astronomy, preserving rooms and instruments used by Paduan astronomers until the mid-20th century. The "Enrico Bernardi" Museum of Machines of the Padua University houses a selection of internal combustion engines, each of which left its own mark on the history of motorised transport in Europe in the second half of the 19th century.
