- The Conference room can host up to 400 people
- All lunches will be catered and will be included in the registration fee.
- The Welcome cocktail will take place on Sunday, September 8th at 18.00 in "Sala Tassinari", at the ground floor of Palazzo d'Accursio (Piazza Maggiore, 6)
- The Conference Dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 11th, in the "Salone del Podestà", at the first floor of Palazzo Re Enzo (Piazza del Nettuno)
- "Best poster challenge". The authors of the three best poster will be awarded a prize. The ceremony will be held during the social dinner.
