Description
After the final design review, the V-SHARK is starting a pre-realization phase. In this brief talk, a revised list of science cases is presented with a special emphasis on the most promising ones. In particular, we overtake the previous division in binocular and peculiar visual cases and try to reconfigure the description in a more homogeneous and scientifically coherent manner. Exoplanets, young stars with jets and close binary systems are described as main science drivers together with more challenging and "extreme" topics like QSO observations and exotic measurements of fundamental physics quantities.
