Run `curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.4/install.sh | bash` for Mac/Linux, or download and run the nvm-setup.exe from the GitHub repository (https://github.com/coreybutler/nvm-windows/releases) for Windows.
