WP4 - Periodic meeting

Agenda:

• communications from Spoke3
• participants update per task;

Minutes:

• Reminder to register to Elba Spoke meeting; request of contributions to the meeting wp4 session and request for some round tables where to introduce clarification and requirements from other wps.
• Delay in closing the M7. It should be extended by tow months. Please provide additional reports and technical reports;
• Task 1: GAIA dm ongoing; Pluto no news, Fermi very poor in metadata description. Data management plan is an ongoing activity. GAIA (Sara G.) choose the HDF5 as import format. First data release for testing. Some adjustment on metadata content. 
• Task 2 : GAIA ingestion software is ready to import but request mapping from a textual file (list) instead of a db. Waiting for other GAIA files (astrometri and cossmatch). Rucio to understand how to fill the support db. Importer is ready to produce a JSON (Giacomo C.). No rucio db is correctly setup right now but soon will be ready (Andrea A.); VMs for the data lake prototype: a. importer with 100 GB; b. portal; c. fileserver; d. server rucio; e. postgres; Test on the data flux will be done soon on Asiago files;
•  Task 3: test on the Sonia's portals, to be started the TAP on Asiago data; request for data to be queried; proposal for a new portal layout with all the use cases listed; Discussion on the architecture of the web services...
