Per ognuno di questi temi ci sarà una introduzione con presentazioni da parte di ricercatori INAF\, della direzione scientifica e delle UTGs e della Presidenza\, del C DA e del Collegio dei direttori\, cui seguiranno discussioni e tavole roto nde.\n\nLe giornate RSN1 intendono essere un momento di dialogo e di confr onto con la comunità di riferimento\, orientato a stimolare la discussion e e la condivisione su attività di ricerca\, progetti presenti e futuri\, criticità e suggerimenti per il futuro. A tale scopo\, sarà fondamenta le un'ampia partecipazione della comunità RSN1.\n\nIn preparazione a ques te giornate\, inoltre\, vorremmo avere il feedback della comunità sulle a ttività locali e nazionali che sono state svolte da/all'interno di RSN1\, coordinate dai membri di CSN1. A tal fine\, vi invitiamo a completare il sondaggio che avete ricevuto via email. Tale sondaggio è stato concepito per raccogliere l’opinione dei ricercatori sulle seguenti sezioni: Feedb ack sul ruolo dei CSN\; schede attività INAF\; Piano di finanziamento IN AF 2022\; Temi di ricerca\; Organizzazione e partecipazione alle giornate RSN1. La compilazione del modulo dovrebbe richiedere circa 20 minuti.\n\n- -English version--\n\nThe "Raggruppamenti Scientifici Nazionali" (RSN) con stitute the scientific framework that offers the research staff the oppor tunity to present\, discuss and share research activities\, projects and r equests of interest for INAF and proposals for the scientific/technologi cal use of large infrastructures.\n\nThe National Scientific Committee (CS N) of the RSN1: Galaxies and Cosmology is organizing a dedicated meeting at the INAF "Ernesto Capocci" national auditorium in Naples\, starting at 14:00 on 11 October and ending in the afternoon of 13 October. This meet ing will provide an opportunity to discuss the scientific subjects of in terest for RSN1\, as well as suggestions and proposals following the first mandate of the CSNs and the important innovations introduced in INAF.\n\n The days are organized around three main topics: the science of RSN1\; th e large RSN1 projects in which INAF is involved and is investing\; the inn ovations introduced by the new statute\, and the introduction of the CSN. For each of these topics\, there will be an introduction with presentation s by INAF researchers\, the scientific director and the UTGs and the INAF President\, the CdA and the CdC\, followed by discussions and round tables .\n\nThe RSN1 days are intended to be a moment of dialogue with the refere nce community\, stimulating discussion and sharing on research activities\ , present and future projects\, critical issues and suggestions for the fu ture. To this aim\, a broad participation of the RSN1 community will be es sential.\n\nIn preparation for these days\, we would like to have communi ty feedback on local and national activities carried out by/within RSN1\, and coordinated by the members of CSN1. To this end\, we invite you to com plete the survey you received by email. This was conceived to collect the researchers' opinions on the following sections: Feedback on the role of C SNs\; INAF activity forms\; INAF 2022 financing plan\; Research themes\; O rganization and participation in the RSN1 days.
