To submit an abstract, go to "Call for Abstracts" page. The deadline for abstract submission is July 22 for oral contributions and July 29 for poster contributions. We will notify the accepted oral contributions by July 25. The non-accepted contributions can be presented as posters.
Your registration will not be definitive until payment has been done and the deadline is July, 31.
The conference registration fee for participants in presence is 220 Euro (without social dinner) or 280 Euro (with social dinner). The registration will cover the welcoming reception, coffee-breaks, buffet lunches, and bus transportations to/from hotels and conference venue.
There is no fee for remote participants.
Support to Attendees
There is some limited funding available to support participants. Our MW-Gaia Action is following the COST organisation's inclusiveness policies and will evaluate requests for support against these criteria and the applicants statement as to why their attendance at the workshop will be beneficial to them and/or the other conference participants.
When registering participants who wish to be considered for financial support need to attach a short 200 word giving an indication of their research interests and why attendance at the workshop will be beneficial to them (and/or the other attendees of the workshop) and do not need to proceed to the Registration Fee Instructions page.

Cost of guided tour on Friday afternoon will be paid by cash (no credit card) during the conference.
Cost of social dinner for each accompanying person is 60 Euro to be paid on site.
